Ask anyone who's lived here a while and they'll tell you the Strip charges what it charges because it can. Tourists don't know any better, and the casinos count on it. Downtown works different. A few blocks over at Proper Bar, oysters run two bucks each. Here, they're a dollar. Palace Station won't even put a price on their oyster menu, which should tell you something.
Cin-Cin brews its own beer on site, so the $6 pours aren't an afterthought bolted onto a happy hour menu, they're the reason people come back. Pair a Bock or the Every Day Mild with a plate of oysters and you'll understand why this corner of the Arts District has quietly become the move for anyone who actually lives here.

Pair It Right
Not every beer works with oysters, but a few of ours were basically made for it. The 404 Citrus Blonde cuts through the brine with a bit of citrus, so it's the one most people end up ordering without even thinking about it. If you want something with more backbone, the Bock holds up well against the richer flavor of a poke cocktail or tartare. The Piwo Grodziskie, a smoked wheat beer, pairs oddly well with the spicy yellowtail if you like a little heat working against something smoky.
Sapporo is the safe move if you just want something crisp and cold next to a dozen oysters, and honestly, that's a completely valid way to do it too. House sake, served hot or cold, is worth trying if you've never had it alongside raw seafood, it's a different experience than beer and worth the six dollars just to compare. All of it, including the beer, is brewed right here on site.
Location & Access
Cin-Cin is at 914 S Main St, right at the start of Brewery Row in the 18b Arts District, across from The English Hotel. If you're coming from Fremont Street, it's about five minutes south, close enough that you can do both in one night without much of a detour.
Street parking is available along Main and the side streets, and there's a lot nearby if you'd rather not circle the block. No dress code to worry about, jeans and a nice top are fine, though you'll want to skip the gym clothes and beachwear. Bar and lounge seating is walk-in, so you don't need a reservation unless you're coming with a group of six or more.

Wow this place blew me away! .99 cent oysters during happy hour and these are extremely delicious oysters! We had 12, then added 6 more because they were soooooo good! Several toppings to choose from that are a small add on.

The Happy Hour menu was a great value. We ordered two dozen oysters, and they were incredibly fresh and briny. At that price point, they are a total steal. The Crispy Rice and Yellowtail Tartare were standout starters.

I have been dining here since they opened and have never been let down. The happy hour menu has a great selection with something for everyone. Definitely my favorite local spot.
