Our story began when two passionate chefs teamed up with an innovative brewmaster to create a unique culinary experience. Located in Downtown Las Vegas's Arts District, across from The English Hotel and at the start of Brewery Row, Cin-Cin is set in a welcoming community perfect for our handcrafted culinary and brewing adventures. Gulf coast seafood snob. I was the guy that showed up at 3:30 PM and watched the chef(s) do a ton of prep work from the bar. I was drinking Saki and eating oysters. Every time they made a condiment from scratch I asked “hey chef, can I taste that?” And they let me taste. Mmmmmmmmmm. All was good in the world. The head chef even made a tuna sushi “ice cream cone” (no ice cream involved, but imagine delicious fresh tuna and all the compliments in a sugar cone) and it blew my mind. I believe they offer a version of this on/off the menu. The brews were also delicious. Check them out if you haven’t!
