Cin-Cin brews small-batch beer on-site at 914 S Main St, right in the middle of the 18b Arts District. Real tap list, real oysters, no casino floor. Here's everything to know before you visit.
House-Brewed Tap List
18 house-brewed beers, plus sake, wine, and brewhouse specialties.
Where to Find Us
914 S Main St, in the Arts District, right at the start of Brewery Row.

Most places in Las Vegas with "brewery" in the name are pouring beer brewed somewhere else. Cin-Cin isn't one of them. Every pint on this list was made here, at 914 S Main St, in small batches that change with the season. That's the difference between a themed bar and an actual brewery, and it's why this stretch of Main Street, the one locals call Brewery Row, keeps this spot at the center of it.

The Beer Program
The brewery and the raw bar aren't separate concepts here, they're the same idea expressed two ways. Fresh oysters are briny and mineral. The Red Rice Lager or the "Cin-Cin" Italian Pilsner are clean and effervescent enough to let that brine shine. Put them together and it's a pairing as complete as oysters and Champagne, at a fraction of the price.
The kitchen designs dishes with the tap list in mind. Fried seafood goes with something hoppy, like the Cold IPA or the Double Strata Hazy IPA. Richer preparations get matched with darker, maltier styles like the Baltic Porter or the Year Zero Imperial Milk Stout. The sushi program pairs naturally with the "Kanpai" Japanese Rice Lager or the Orange Wheat. Ask your server for a pairing recommendation, or see the full breakdown in the Cin-Cin brewery guide.
Location & Access
Cin-Cin doesn't run ticketed brewery tours, but the brewing happens right in the space, you can see it, and the staff are happy to talk about what's fermenting and what's coming next. Pull up a bar seat and ask. Want to make a night of it? See the self-guided brewery tour of the rest of the row.
Street parking is available along Main and the side streets, with a lot nearby if you'd rather not circle the block. No dress code to worry about. Bar and lounge seating is walk-in; if you're coming with six or more, reserve a table ahead of time.

OH I forgot to mention this is a full BREWERY. Their own beer is brewed right on site. The $1 oysters were extremely delicious too, we had 12, then added 6 more because they were soooooo good!

As a huge craft beer fan and certified beer judge (BJCP), Cin Cin Brewhouse is definitely one of my favorite local breweries. They focus on lagers and lighter beers to go with the food.

We split two flights and there wasn't a single dud among the eight beers. The dry hopped Italian pilsner is almost like a sparkling white wine. The beer and food are perfect complements.

This place is a brew house, and boy, their beer is top notch! They have a red rice beer that is very light and very tasty. A brewed option called "Nectaron" is my current favorite.

The owner/chef and staff gave us a wonderful experience. The owner gave us a tour inside the brewery, great place to have a drink with friends and family. The food was amazing.
