The Las Vegas Arts District is one of the city's best-kept secrets for food and nightlife. Skip the Strip and explore a neighborhood packed with independent restaurants, craft cocktail bars, and local breweries — including Cin-Cin Brewhouse & Seafood on Main Street.
For years, the Las Vegas Arts District flew under the radar. Today, it's one of the most dynamic dining and drinking destinations in the entire city. Located just south of Fremont Street, the 18b Arts District (named for its 18 square blocks) is home to murals, galleries, boutique shops, and some of the most interesting restaurants and bars in Nevada.
Unlike the Strip, there are no cover charges, no tourist traps, and no chain restaurants. Just real, local businesses built by people who love Las Vegas.
Cin-Cin Brewhouse & Seafood is one of the Arts District's anchor establishments. We brew our own beer on-site and pair it with a menu built around the freshest seafood available — oysters, ceviche, fish tacos, lobster bisque, and more.
The vibe is laid-back but lively. Exposed brick, warm lighting, and a long bar that always has a seat waiting for you. Whether you come in for a quick happy hour beer or a full seafood dinner, you'll feel like a local from the moment you walk in.
The Arts District thrives on community events, and Cin-Cin is right in the middle of all of it. First Friday — Las Vegas's monthly outdoor art walk — runs right past our door. We regularly host live music, guest tap takeovers, and private events for the local creative community.
Cin-Cin is on Main Street in the heart of the 18b Arts District. Street parking is available on Main Street and surrounding blocks, and we're a short Lyft or Uber ride from any downtown Las Vegas hotel. If you're already on Fremont Street, we're just a few minutes south by foot or rideshare.
